Surrey Police Service (SPS) seeks an experienced Labour Relations Advisor to join its Human Resources team in an in office role. You will advise on collective agreements, manage investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes within a complex unionized environment.
The ideal candidate brings five to seven years of progressive labour relations experience, an HR degree, and preferably a CPHR designation. A police security clearance, including a polygraph, is required for employment with SPS.
