We are a leading exhaust fan manufacturer currently looking for BRAKE PRESS SET-UP OPERATOR in our sheet metal fabrication plant facilities located in Woodbridge. Brake Press Machine set up/ operator in a Manufacturing plant. You will report to the plant supervisor
Responsibilities
· Performs daily machine check and Startup of machine or Equipment
· Retrieves or receives raw materials for daily production from stock.
· Set-up proper dies in machine as required.
· Programs computer attachment for required machine production.
· Follow Press Brake process standard operating procedure
· Use inspection devices to inspect parts, according to print and product inspection plan
· Make small, mathematically calculated, angle corrections and orienting the part correctly
· Reading the print fully to understand tolerances, geometry, material thickness, and special instructions
· Wearing proper protective equipment, as directed by equipment or process;
· Understand safety requirements in every area, and comply
Education and Experience
· Experience with Amada machine preferred
· 3-5 years Experience
· Pay $22-24

- Ability to read measuring tools
- Basic understanding of geometry concepts.
