Rototilt Inc. is the Canadian supplier of industry‑leading tiltrotators and accessories. All Rototilt products are engineered and manufactured in Vindeln, Sweden, and distributed worldwide. Rototilt Inc. is currently seeking a Product Support Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, technical support, and training to our dealer network.
Product Support Technician Responsibilities Include:
· Maintain a valid passport and be available for extensive travel throughout Canada and the US.
· Provide installation training and technical guidance to dealers.
· Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
· Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports.
· Communicate effectively to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Perform both shop‑based and field installations.
· Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
· Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
· Take pride in your workmanship and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
· Solid knowledge of heavy equipment electrical and hydraulic systems, with the ability to read schematics to diagnose, test, and repair equipment
· Comfortable using digital tools, including downloading and uploading operational programs
· Proven service background with 2–5 years of relevant experience on mobile equipment
· Ability to travel, work flexible hours, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
· Highly organized with the ability to respond quickly to customer needs
· Excellent verbal and digital communication skills
· Focused, energetic, and detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
