Key Focus

- Oversee production, equipment performance, and preventive maintenance

- Lead and develop supervisors & operators, fostering a safety-first culture

- Drive cost control, waste reduction, and yield optimisation

- Champion Lean & Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

- Analyse KPIs and implement corrective actions to hit targets

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

- 5+ years in production management (manufacturing/industrial)

- Continuous manufacturing experience advantageous

- Proven leadership in managing teams and assets

- Flexible for 24/7 operations (shifts, weekends, on-call)
