We are seeking an experienced Professional Cleaner to join our team, providing high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Airdrie, Calgary, and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for maintaining our high cleaning standards while working efficiently, independently, and alongside other team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed residential and commercial cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and disinfecting.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, offices, and other assigned areas to company standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and with a cleaning partner.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, checklists, and specific client instructions.
- Properly use and care for cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.
- Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, or client issues.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect while working in clients' homes and businesses.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks without compromising quality.




- Communicate clearly with management and fellow team members.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team.
- Dependable, punctual, honest, and professional.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to follow instructions, accept constructive feedback, and maintain company standards.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
