About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager - R&D; to join our dynamic team at Olymel. In this role, you will be responsible for leading research and development projects aimed at innovating and improving our product offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, marketing, and supply chain to ensure the successful execution of R&D; initiatives.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the food industry is preferred. Solid knowledge of product development, quality standards,



and regulatory requirements is essential.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required to effectively coordinate multiple projects and teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software is expected. A proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation are highly valued.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and uphold the company's commitment to sustainability and quality.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple R&D; projects from conception through to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product concepts, recipes, and formulations that meet market demands and quality standards.
- Conduct research on emerging food trends, ingredients, and processing technologies to inform product development strategies.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards, including certifications and labeling requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to source ingredients and technologies that support innovation initiatives.
- Document project activities, results, and lessons learned to facilitate continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Support the scaling-up process from laboratory to production, ensuring product consistency and quality.




- Participate in the development of technical documentation, specifications, and reports for current products.
