Altex Industries is hiring a Project Manager to lead manufacturing projects from kickoff to completion. This role works closely with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage multiple manufacturing projects
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Purchasing teams
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and project performance
- Run project meetings and provide status updates
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and documentation
- Improve PMO processes and drive efficiencies
- Support production scheduling and shop loading
- Use SAGE 300 for job setup and tracking Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support Project Coordinators
- Demonstrate proactive, solutions-focused thinking
- Apply strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

What You Bring

- Engineering degree (required)
- 3-5 years of project management or project engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of heat exchangers, air coolers, or pressure vessels




- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Primavera P6 is an asset)
- Knowledge of ASME, TEMA, or API codes is an asset

Work Environment

- Office-based with frequent exposure to a fabrication shop
- Occasional travel to customer or industrial sites
