Consult Mechanical Inc. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team!

We are seeking a motivated professional with 3–5 years of experience in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial & Institutional) construction sector, with a strong background in mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:**

✅ Manage mechanical construction projects from start to completion.

✅ Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

✅ Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and deliverables.

✅ Review mechanical drawings, specifications, RFIs, and shop drawings.

✅ Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and overall performance.

✅ **Manage change orders, project documentation, and closeout activities.

Qualifica tions





✅ 3–5 years of project management experience in mechanical ICI construction.

✅ **Robust understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems.Experienc e managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

✅ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

✅ **Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proficien cy in Microsoft Office and project management software.
