We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from order placement through production and final installation, ensuring all milestones are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, coordinating internal teams, external partners, and clients to maintain clear communication, manage risk, and achieve project objectives.

The Project

Manager plays a key role in aligning project execution with Element5’s operational goals and quality standards, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge and sustainable timber construction solutions.

? What You'll Do

- Manage construction projects from order confirmation through to production and final installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and adherence to contractual terms.
- Oversee and monitor project budgets, schedules, and change orders to maintain or exceed targeted gross margins, especially after contracts are finalized and production begins.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with all internal departments to ensure seamless project flow and on-time delivery.
- Manage all invoicing related to projects and support Finance in securing timely payments, including initiating work stoppages if necessary.
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project needs and deadlines.
- Monitor and manage inventory, tools, and equipment usage, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of supplies.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports and keep all stakeholders informed on progress.
- Identify and resolve project issues as they arise, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.




- Evaluate and mitigate project risks.

✅ What You Bring

- Minimum five (5) years of progressive construction or project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven success managing budgets, schedules, and resources for large-scale construction projects
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, preferably in the manufacturing or building industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Manufacturing, construction, project-based, or industrial experience is considered a strong asset. Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and budget tracking

Qualifications

- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Cadwork drawings is a strong asset
- Knowledge of construction management processes and standards
- Experience using construction and project management software
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
