About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) to join our mental health team. New graduates are welcome to apply.

In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to diverse client populations. It is a adaptable, part time opportunity designed for clinicians who are starting out and looking for a supportive place to see their clients and grow their practice.

What you'll do

- Provide individual psychotherapy to clients from diverse backgrounds, using evidence-based approaches within your scope of practice.
- Start with a caseload of approximately 1 to 5 clients per week, depending on current demand and intake.
- Complete clinical documentation and maintain client records in line with CRPO standards.
- Participate in monthly check-ins with the team to discuss caseload, referrals, and practice updates.
- Uphold ethical, professional, and privacy standards in all client interactions.

Who we're looking for




- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- RP (Qualifying) applicants must practise under clinical supervision as required by the CRPO.
- Master's degree in counselling, psychotherapy, social work, or a related field.
- Professional liability insurance.
- A warm, client-centred approach and comfort working with diverse populations.
- New graduates and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply.
