We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our rapid-paced team and keep our projects moving efficiently.

Position Overview The Purchaser / Order Coordinator is the vital link between our suppliers, our office, and our field crews. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, creating purchase orders, and coordinating the logistics of deliveries and pick-ups to ensure our teams have the right exterior materials exactly when they need them. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Ordering: Accurately calculate, place, and track exterior material orders based on project specifications and timelines.
- Logistics Coordination: Schedule, manage,



and dispatch material deliveries and pick-ups to various residential job sites.
- PO Management: Generate, process, and manage supplier Purchase Orders (POs) in relation to ongoing projects and daily orders.
- Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating terms or resolving discrepancies regarding pricing, backorders, or damaged materials.
- Prioritization & Communication: Continuously monitor order statuses and liaise effectively with site supervisors and management to anticipate material needs and avoid project delays.
- Administrative Support: Assist with inventory tracking, invoice matching, and other operational tasks as needed.

Hours Monday - Friday : 8 am - 4pm

Location In office

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
