As a Progression Support Worker, you'll work alongside residents living in Aspire's progression accommodation, helping them build the skills, confidence and resilience needed to move towards sustainable independent living.

Our approach is built around stabilisation → exploration → opportunity. You'll support residents to recognise their strengths, make informed choices and take ownership of their progression journey.

What you'll do

- Build positive, skilled relationships with residents
- Deliver regular progression-focused keywork and support planning
- Encourage engagement with education, training, employment, volunteering and community opportunities
- Support residents to understand housing options and prepare for successful move-on
- Promote wellbeing, tenancy sustainment and independent living skills
- Complete person-centred risk assessments and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns
- Work with health, probation, social care, mental health, substance misuse, education and housing partners
- Maintain accurate case notes, support plans and outcome records
