Role Description This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Ottawa, ON.

The Real Estate

Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market analyses, and staying informed about local real estate trends and regulations. The role also involves creating and executing marketing plans for listings, coordinating open houses, and ensuring accurate, timely completion of paperwork and documentation.



Agents will collaborate with the KW ICON Realty team, leveraging in-house technology, training, and coaching to meet sales goals and provide a high level of client service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property principles and regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate market analysis, property valuation, and transaction management.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with real estate CRM tools, online listing platforms, and basic digital marketing for promoting properties.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and to align with brokerage standards and ethical guidelines.
- Completion of secondary education is required; additional coursework or certifications in business, marketing, or real estate are considered an asset.
