Requirements:

- Must be a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative in Ontario, registered with RECO and eligible to trade in real estate.
- Must be committed to working in real estate full-time.

Compensation & Employment Structure

This is a full-time, 100% commission-based real estate sales opportunity. There is no guaranteed base salary or hourly wage. Earnings are based on completed real estate transactions and the agreed commission structure.

Agents benefit from the established Benczik Kavanagh brand, professional coaching, marketing resources, CRM technology and team support to help build a successful real estate business.

Commission arrangements will be discussed during the interview process.
