We're hiring: Director of Sales & Marketing , Truck Accessories Division

Magnum is looking for a senior sales leader to take our Truck Accessories division into its next stage of growth.

For 45 years, Magnum Trailer & Equipment has built specialized trailers, truck accessories, and fleet services out of Abbotsford, BC. This role leads sales and marketing for our truck accessories line, including our grille guards and moose guards for heavy-duty trucks, and works closely with our senior leadership team.

What you'll do:

- Build and lead a sales team
- Develop and execute sales programs that deliver top- and bottom-line results
- Strengthen customer and channel relationships, grow existing accounts, and open current markets




- Capitalize on synergies with Merritt Aluminum Products (MAPCO)

What you'll bring:

- Experience in heavy-duty trucking, commercial vehicles, aftermarket, or related equipment
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to sales leadership
- A track record of turning market intelligence into measurable sales results

No relocation required. The role can be based anywhere in Canada or the US within a relevant market area, with travel across both countries.
