Sun Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and supportive dental team in South Surrey, BC. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with Monday availability required.

We are looking for a reliable, adaptable, and patient-focused professional who communicates effectively, takes initiative, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform dental hygiene treatments, including scaling, polishing, and preventive care
- Take dental radiographs as needed and within the scope of practice
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment plans
- Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using ClearDent




- Follow infection prevention and control protocols to maintain a clean and protected clinical environment
- Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care

Qualifications

- Current registration and authorization to practise as a Dental Hygienist in British Columbia
- Previous experience in a dental clinic is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and clinical procedures.
- Experience with ClearDent is an asset
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $55.00-$70.00 per hour
