City Therapy is a dynamic, modern, and state-of-the-art multidisciplinary therapeutic clinic conveniently located at 320 Dundas Street in downtown London, Ontario.

We offer Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Physiotherapy services in a professional, welcoming, and collaborative healthcare environment.

Our growing team currently consists of nine dedicated healthcare practitioners, including seven Registered Massage Therapists, one Acupuncturist, and one Physiotherapist.

City Therapy is looking for passionate, motivated, and dedicated Registered Massage Therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities As a Registered Massage Therapist at City Therapy, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional, safe, and effective massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's individual needs.
- Conducting thorough client assessments, reviewing health histories, and identifying treatment goals.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client needs.
- Delivering therapeutic massage treatments using appropriate techniques within your professional scope of practice.
- Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in accordance with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) standards.
- Educating clients about treatment recommendations, self-care strategies, and ongoing wellness.
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans when appropriate.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and professional treatment environment.
- Collaborating with other healthcare practitioners when appropriate to support comprehensive patient care.
- Demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and excellent customer service.
- Complying with all applicable professional standards, ethical requirements, and clinic policies.





Qualifications We welcome applications from experienced RMTs, recent graduates, and students approaching registration!

Required Qualifications

- Registered and in positive standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), or actively working toward registration.
- Completion of, or current enrollment in, a recognized Massage Therapy diploma program.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, assessment techniques, and therapeutic massage practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-care skills.
- Professional, reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality treatments.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards, client confidentiality, and ethical practice.

Additional Assets
- Experience in therapeutic, deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, or other specialized massage techniques.
- Interest in expanding clinical skills and developing a loyal client base.
- Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
