What you will do Review NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN and other nursing-focused resources according to your interest and demonstrated competency. Evaluate accuracy, currency, clarity and alignment, with attention to clinical judgment, prioritization, delegation, patient safety, communication, care planning and nursing scope. Interrogate answers, distractors, rationales, references, scoring materials and learner feedback; identify ambiguity, bias and unsafe or outdated content.

Explain corrections clearly so the final resource teaches reasoning—not just recall. Participate in calibration, quality-control questions,



random sampling, second review and audit. When separately agreed, contribute to mentorship, webinars, speaking engagements or product planning.

Someone interested in teaching, research, mentorship, leadership or quality improvement. Current status in good standing as a registered nurse in Canada. Comfort using digital collaboration tools and a secure online review workflow.
