Complete Mobility Chiropractic is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic and introduce a new service to our team. This is an opportunity to take the lead in developing physiotherapy at CMC, with an existing patient community, interest in physiotherapy services, and the potential for referrals from other practitioners in the clinic.

As our first Physiotherapist, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how physiotherapy services are delivered and grow your practice at a pace that works for you and your patients.

Instead of managing the overhead and administrative demands of running an entire clinic, you’ll have access to an established workspace, existing clinic infrastructure, and support as you develop your patient base.

Your role will offer a balance of professional autonomy and team collaboration, with room to contribute ideas, develop your treatment approach, and help expand the services available to our community.

Your Role and Responsibilities You’ll manage your physiotherapy patients throughout their care, from assessment and treatment planning to follow-up and ongoing rehabilitation.

Depending on your schedule and the needs of the clinic, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting physiotherapy assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing evidence-informed treatment for musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation needs.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans when appropriate.
- Managing your own appointments, patient records, and billing.
- Using Jane to coordinate bookings and maintain your schedule.
- Communicating professionally with patients and collaborating with other practitioners when appropriate.
- Contributing to the development and growth of physiotherapy services at CMC.
- Participating in the day-to-day operation of the clinic when needed.

This is an independent-practitioner role within a shared clinic environment. There may be periods when you are the only practitioner on-site, so you should be comfortable managing your clinical responsibilities and routine administrative tasks without continuous front desk assistance. You should have





- Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and authorization to practise in Ontario.
- Appropriate professional liability insurance and the ability to practise independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A professional, dependable, and patient-centred approach.
- The ability to organize and manage your own caseload.
- Confidence working autonomously while remaining open to collaboration.
- An interest in treating a range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation conditions.
- A genuine interest in developing physiotherapy services within an established clinic.
- The intention to establish a consistent schedule across suitable weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends to help build a sustainable caseload.
- An interest in developing a longer-term working relationship with CMC.

Previous clinical experience is welcome, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
