About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and diligent Registered Psychotherapist to join our clinic as an independent contractor. This is a growth-oriented position, starting with a caseload of one to ten clients per week, with the opportunity to grow to full-time based on clinic needs.

Requirements

Candidates must be registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, or CRPO, and hold a valid, active license to practice. A Master's degree in Psychotherapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Experience working with couples and with children is preferred for this role. We're looking for someone with a clear area of clinical expertise, who is passionate about their work, and who thrives in a team-oriented environment.



Clinicians are expected to complete session notes within a 24 hour window. Clinicians are expected to obtain their own private insurance.

Schedule

This position requires availability for evening shifts, Sundays, and a few weekday shifts. Please note this schedule is mandatory, as it aligns with our clinic's operational needs.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position compensated on a split-fee model, consistent with industry standards at comparable clinics. Your split increases over time as you build longevity with the clinic, after reaching certain hour milestones.

What We Provide The clinic provides administrative support and covers all overhead costs, including marketing and your Jane App profile setup and maintenance. The clinician's primary responsibility is to maintain and build their caseload.

Hiring Process

Candidates can expect to go through an interview that includes scenario-based questions. Candidates working with children will be required to submit a vulnerable sector check.

Pay: $180.00-$200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 10.0 per week
