Junior Associate – Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW)

Compensation: 65% to the associate / 35% to matter + mind
Session fees: $190–$225
About the role
We’re looking for a Registered Social Worker to provide therapy primarily to children and adolescents, with occasional adult clients. Areas of focus include ADHD, emotional regulation, anxiety, and behavioural concerns, with parent and caregiver support as needed.
What you’ll bring
- An MSW and current registration in positive standing with the OCSWSSW.
- Experience providing direct therapy to children and adolescents, and comfort working with adults.
- A practical, evidence-informed approach and an understanding of child development and family dynamics.
- Availability for in-person evening and/or weekend sessions.
- Professional liability insurance and a commitment to timely documentation and communication.
What we offer A welcoming therapy space, screened referrals, administrative support, and a collaborative team, with the flexibility and clinical autonomy of independent practice. Caseload growth depends on referral volume; a minimum number of clients is not guaranteed.
