Halifax Regional Centre for Education in Dartmouth, NS, seeks an HR Manager, Human Resource Services to lead a client-service HR team delivering staffing, policy interpretation, accommodation support, investigations and discipline. The role reports to the Coordinator, Human Resource Services.

The successful candidate will participate in collective bargaining, committees, and policy development, ensuring best practices across 11k+ employees in a large unionized workplace.
