Fuze HR Solutions seeks an Engineering Manager to lead two departments: Land Development and Building MEP Services, including data centre MEP. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team, balance resourcing, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while reporting to senior leadership. You will provide technical oversight as a licensed Skilled Engineer, mentor engineers, and own monthly P&L; and revenue forecasting, aligning with company financial targets and client expectations.
