Surrey Police Service (SPS) seeks an experienced Labour Relations Advisor to join its Human Resources team in an on-site role. You will advise on collective agreements, manage investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes within a complex unionized workplace.
The ideal candidate brings five to seven years of progressive labour relations experience, an HR degree, and preferably a CPHR designation. A police security clearance, including a polygraph, is required for employment with SPS.
