We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Renovation Sales Consultant is responsible for generating sales opportunities, meeting with homeowners, identifying renovation needs, preparing estimates and proposals, and guiding clients through the renovation process. This role combines relationship building, consultative selling, and project coordination to help customers bring their renovation vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet with prospective clients to discuss renovation goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct in-home consultations and site assessments.
- Develop accurate renovation scopes, estimates, and sales proposals.
- Present solutions and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, and company inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and maintain a professional customer experience.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain detailed customer records and sales activities in our global software program.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay current on renovation trends, products, pricing, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in home renovations, construction, home improvement, real estate, or related industries.




- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret renovation plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred:

- Experience estimating residential renovation projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes/permits.
- Background in interior design, construction management, or related fields.
- Background in Microsoft office, Room Sketcher, Chief Architect
