Renov8 Construction & Renovation Services Ltd. is a growing residential renovation company serving the Greater Moncton Area.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Renovation Crew Lead / Working Foreman to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who has strong renovation experience, can lead a small crew, and takes responsibility for completing projects efficiently and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, organize daily tasks, solve problems on-site, and ensure the team stays productive without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Leadership & Coordination

- Lead and work alongside a crew of renovation technicians and labourers.
- Assign daily tasks based on employee skills and project priorities.
- Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and expectations.
- Monitor productivity and keep projects moving according to schedule.
- Provide guidance and hands-on training to less-experienced employees.
- Maintain a qualified, organized, and respectful work environment.

Renovation & Construction Work
- Perform residential renovation, repair, and maintenance work.
- Complete framing, drywall, patching, painting, flooring, trim, doors, and general carpentry.
- Install cabinets, countertops, baseboards, and interior finishes.
- Troubleshoot renovation issues and determine practical solutions.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards.

Project Organization & Quality Control
- Review assigned work scopes and plan daily activities.
- Identify required materials, tools, and equipment before starting work.




- Inspect completed work and correct deficiencies.
- Monitor project progress and communicate delays or unexpected issues.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Provide regular updates to management on work completed and remaining tasks.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential renovation or carpentry experience preferred.
- Previous experience leading a small construction or renovation crew.
- Strong knowledge of residential renovation methods, materials, and tools.
- Ability to independently plan and execute renovation tasks.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and keep employees productive.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
- Own basic tools preferred.
