Qualifications Le profil recherché pour cette opportunité :

- Expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Facilité avec les différents systèmes informatique
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Grand sens de l'organisation et autonomie
- Bilinguisme obligatoire (français et anglais)
- Expérience avec le système de commande EDI (un atout)

Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for an individual to fill a Customer Service Representative position. Experience in the distribution industry is mandatory. Experience in the plumbing and heating industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Enter customer orders into the system

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with various computer systems
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Bilingualism is mandatory (French and English)
- Experience with EDI ordering systems is an asset
