Our Residential Division is growing, and we're looking for reliable, positive, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners who take pride in their work and want to grow with a supportive team.

We are currently hiring part-time employees for approximately 20–25 hours per week, with fairly open availability throughout the week.

Weekend availability is a must, as we are looking for dependable team members who can help support our growing residential cleaning schedule.

All positions are employee positions, not contractor roles.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Cleaner, you will:

- Provide high-quality residential cleaning throughout Greater Victoria
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Travel between client homes during your workday
- Use company-provided equipment and approved cleaning products
- Follow KHC cleaning standards and procedures
- Work independently and alongside other team members when needed
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We Offer
- $22–$24/hour
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week
- $100 hiring bonus after 3 months + $150 after 6 months

Requirements

All candidates must

- Be currently located in Greater Victoria, BC
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Have a valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Be comfortable driving between client homes




- Be able to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning
- Be willing to complete a Criminal Record Check
