- Plan and lead asset protection strategies for profitability
- Audit stores for compliance with asset protection programs
- Conduct internal and external investigations into theft
- Partner with inventory control to address loss sources
- Educate employees to support a culture of shrink elimination Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- 2-4 years in retail asset protection role
- Eligible for Firearm Possession License
- Security Guard License eligibility
- Experience with security systems such as CCTV Protect valuable assets in a rewarding management role at Bass Pro Shops.
