We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The Retail Store

Manager will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of customer service
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop store staff to build a motivated and efficient team
- Oversee merchandising activities including product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize sales
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and record keeping
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints effectively, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote store products and increase foot traffic
- Conduct sales analysis and utilize POS systems for accurate transactions and reporting
- Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and optimize purchasing decisions
- Enforce company policies on cash handling, pricing accuracy, and safety procedures




- Develop staff training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence
- Maintain organized store environment adhering to health and safety standards

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with robust leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage customers effectively
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic bookkeeping skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, inventory control, and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through effective time management
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and sales management is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, marketing strategies, pricing policies, and sales growth tactics
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising principles, and store management best practices
