- Assist walk-in, telephone, and wholesale customers.

- Recommend rims and tires based on customer needs, vehicle specifications, and fitment requirements.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and close orders.

- Receive, enter, verify, and track customer orders.

- Check product availability, pricing, quantities, and delivery arrangements.

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked and ready on time.

- Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer information.

- Build strong relationships with retail customers, tire shops, and wholesale accounts.

- Requirements:

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant automotive sales or rim and tire industry experience.

- Good knowledge of wheel sizes, bolt patterns, offsets, tire sizes, and vehicle fitment.

- Experience using computers, email, Excel, and order-entry or inventory systems.





- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.

- Ability to multitask in a busy workplace and work accurately under pressure.

- Dependable, organized, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

- Competitive hourly wage of $25–$28, depending on experience.
