Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing social media communities, job search sites, marketing automation, marketing campaigns as well as provide support to the sales team for the DRAKKAR Group brands, including AAA Canada and Ekkinox.

Main missions:

- Social Media Community Management;
- Reply to Linkedin and Facebook comments;
- Reply to our candidates' messages on Facebook;
- Social Media Content Development ;
- Visual development occasionally via Canva or other;
- Participate in video production;
- Job search site (Indeed / Glassdoor / Jobillico);
- Social Media posts;
- Automatic alert - monthly messages to candidates;
- Analyze feedback and respond to employees;
- Marketing automation;

- Apply and monitor customer constraints and corrective/preventive actions;
- Meet the objectives;
- Perform any other related tasks as requested by his/her immediate supervisor.

Profile:

- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in marketing, communications or related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Assets - experience with:
- advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads);
- a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress, Squarespace, Drupal or similar;
- artificial intelligence tools applied to marketing (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for content production or task automation;
- A multi-brand or multi-account workplace.

- Being bilingual (French - English) in speaking and writing is important for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and for technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
- Ability to evolve quickly and easily in a computerized environment.
- Proficiency in visual design tools (Canva/Adobe or equivalent) and basic knowledge of video production;
- Comfortable with social media management and publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, scheduling tools);
- Ability to work on several brands simultaneously, respecting distinct graphic charters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills in priority management with the ability to multi-task;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
