Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone, understanding their needs, and explaining how our product can help them. They will also respond to customer inquiries, assist with basic product-related questions, and help interested customers get started with our tool.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Elevate Tax Software Inc.

- Explain the features, advantages, pricing, and available services.

- Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.

- Follow up with interested prospects and help convert leads into customers.

- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels.

- Assist customers with basic product questions and guide them through the initial steps of using the software.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.

- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Escalate technical issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate team.

Pay: $34,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
