Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to support daily sales operations and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Sales Managers and Sales Consultants with day-to-day dealership operations.
- Prepare vehicles for customer appointments, test drives, and deliveries.
- Ensure showroom and display vehicles are clean, organized, and properly presented.
- Coordinate vehicle availability and assist with inventory management.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and vehicle deliveries.
- Assist with sales documentation, paperwork, and administrative tasks.
- Support the sales team with customer inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with the Service, Parts, and Detailing departments to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery.
- Maintain an organized and professional showroom environment.




- Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Management.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience is an asset but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Solid communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using computers and dealership software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
