Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and perks of various items
- Assist customers with selecting products that meet their needs, offering personalized recommendations and upselling when appropriate
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to attract customer attention
- Handle cashier duties such as scanning items, processing returns, and balancing registers at shift end
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and ensuring product availability

- Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales with a focus on customer engagement
- Ability to perform product demos confidently, explaining technical features clearly and engagingly
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus for reaching broader audiences

- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels efficiently
