Position Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our retail location, directly engaging with customers to understand their needs and drive sales. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a high level of customer service throughout their visit.
- Assess customer needs, provide expert product information, and drive sales through effective cross-selling.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, organized, and clean.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking items, and labeling prices.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally,



escalating complex issues to store management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
- Comfort using technology, including POS software and digital inventory management tools.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting/stocking duties.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts as required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to reliably commute to Mississauga, ON (L5B 3C3).
