We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable Sales Associate to join our team at Vape Club. As a team member, you’ll be the face of the store, providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the right products, and staying up to date on the latest vaping trends and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and purchases
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed about vape products, industry trends, and safety regulations
- Check IDs and ensure all sales comply with local age restrictions and laws
- Help with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Report any product issues or store concerns to management promptly
- Contribute to a welcoming and professional store environment
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous retail or vape shop experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Basic knowledge of vape products (e-liquids, devices, coils, etc.) preferred
- Robust communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team
- Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-service focused
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
