We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a multi faceted role which will require extreme organizational skills as well as the ability to multi task. You will be working on a variety of retail accounts in a sales support role. You must be energetic, have a positive attitude and ready to learn!

Summary of duties

-Act as liaison between the customer and internal departments (sales, design and production teams)

-Compile, and maintain sales reports. Evaluate and analyze sales data for assigned customer accounts

-Manage customer purchase orders, work with warehouse to ensure accuracy and follow-through to ensure timely delivery





-Sales administration, including presentations, item set-ups, and other sales related projects as assigned

-Work with factories and internal creative team to gather customer quote requests and samples

-Pro-actively manage customer’s Factory Audits processes

-Execute consumer product testing for assigned accounts

–Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) - MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EXCEL AND POWERPOINT

Experience: Min 5 years working in an office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
