Responsibilities

- Greet customers professionally and assist them with their inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Conduct data entry accurately to maintain customer records and sales information
- Identify customer needs through active listening and analysis skills, offering tailored solutions
- Promote products and services through upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships




- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service quality
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all customer interactions are documented properly

Qualifications

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred; training will be provided for those new to the field
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated analysis skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Prior experience with upselling techniques is a plus but not mandatory
