Experienced Sales & Finance Manager – Auto & Powersports Finance Team

We’re Hiring a Self-Driven Sales & Finance Professional

Our growing Auto & Powersports Finance Team is looking for an experienced sales and finance specialist who knows how to generate their own opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

This is not an order-taker position. We’re looking for a hunter who thrives on creating business, developing referral networks, and maximizing finance opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Generate and manage your own leads through networking, referrals, social media, and community outreach.
- Build relationships with dealerships, powersports retailers, lenders, and referral partners.
- Guide customers through the vehicle financing process from application to delivery.
- Structure finance deals and work with multiple lenders to secure approvals.
- Cross-sell protection products and value-added services.
- Maintain strong follow-up processes to convert leads into funded deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and finance targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of automotive, powersports, finance, or F&I; experience.




- Proven track record of self-generating business.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and digital lead generation tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.
