The Lot Attendant aids in bringing to life Mercedes-Benz Downtown brand experience. This position is responsible for working attentively in supervising, organizing and maintaining the dealership lot. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace.

Job Duties:

- Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.
- Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes.
- Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space.
- Change license plates as required.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
- Start all vehicles, and check for dead batteries.
- Keep inventory arranged in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Keep the work area free of debris and trash from vehicles.
- Keep the delivery area free of other vehicles and debris.
- Put all supplies in order at the end of the day.
- During winter months keep doorways shoveled, sanded, and cleared.
- Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.





Successful Candidates Possess:

- Ability to lift, lower, hold, and carry light to heavy loads.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (Class G) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Self-motivating with an excellent work ethic.
- Loves a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
- Ability to operate assigned equipment.
- Attention to detail and high quality control standards.
