You will manage the sales activities for the branch, & coach/mentor the sales team. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly & collaborative workplace that encourages learning & growth.
YOU WILL
-Lead/guide sales staff, may manage specific accounts
-Develop & retain key talent focused on customer engagement
-Execute branch sales processes/strategy
-Manage annual goals/budgets
-Lead, coach, mentor sales team, support recognition, career planning, development
-Develop/implement incentive plans
-Build relationships with all internal/external partners
YOU HAVE
-Assoc/bach degree in Ag Business, Mrkt/related field, education/exp may be considered
