Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team! You’ll assist customers in finding the right furniture, provide expert advice, and ensure a seamless shopping experience from consultation to delivery.

What You’ll Do

- Greet customers warmly and provide tailored service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend furniture solutions across living room, bedroom, dining, and accessories categories.
- Share detailed product knowledge: materials, styles, dimensions, care instructions.
- Guide customers through the sales process including orders, financing, and delivery.
- Address concerns, manage objections, and resolve issues professionally.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value-Added Products and Services (VAPS).
- Educate customers on warranties, return/exchange policies.
- Assist with general store duties and team support as needed.

Qualifications

- Fluent in English -Second Language is advantage





- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service -Previous furniture or home décor sales experience is a strong asset

-Robust communication and interpersonal skills

-Positive, customer-focused attitude

- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability — evenings and weekends required

Pay: $35,200.00-$125,500.00 per year
