Key Responsibilities

- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, preparing quotes, and managing client correspondence.
- Operational Support: Coordinate logistics, monitor inventory levels, and streamline daily administrative workflows.
- Tech Optimization: Utilize and integrate AI tools and modern software to automate tasks, analyze data, and improve operational efficiency.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Previous experience in sales support, operations, or an industrial/distribution setting is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Must be an AI avid user with a strong interest in utilizing artificial intelligence and digital tools to optimize workflows.
- Detail-Oriented: Maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in all work quality checks.
- Process-Driven: Follow complex instructions,



standard operating procedures, and company guidelines precisely.
- Coachability: Actively accept, process, and implement constructive feedback and suggestions to improve performance.
- Resilience: Excel in a fast-paced workplace and remain calm, focused, and effective under tight deadlines or high-pressure situations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Languages: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred and considered a strong asset.
- Attributes: A proven team player with a strong work ethic, exceptional multi-tasking abilities, and the capacity to learn new systems quickly.
