Momentum Financial Services Group in Toronto is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments to deliver value-driven solutions.

You will coach teams, collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts, track KPI metrics, and drive continuous improvement while supporting a hybrid work model.

The role requires 5+ years in Scrum Master/Agile PM within financial services;

salary range CAD 125,000–CAD 135,000 per year.
