Take charge this summer as the Head Lifeguard at Appleby College's seasonal camp. Lead a dedicated team, ensuring safety and fun in the pool area while managing camp activities. This part-time role from December 2026 to June 2027 transitions to full-time from June 28 to August 27, 2027.

You will be responsible for supervising 3 to 5 lifeguards while upholding Appleby's high safety standards. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills and experience in a camp setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the pool area and lifeguard team
- Organize lifeguard training and health inspections
- Communicate health concerns of campers
- Conduct emergency procedures practice sessions
- Check safety equipment and pool conditions daily Requirements:
- Pool deck supervisory experience required
- Current Lifesaving Society qualifications
- Valid Intermediate First Aid and CPR-C
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
