Elevate your accounting skills at Cosmetica as an Accounts Payable Associate. You'll be central to processing invoices and ensuring adherence to quality standards in an innovative environment. Reporting to the Manager of Compliance & Financial Reporting, this role requires processing all inventory and non-inventory invoices efficiently. You will validate transactions, ensure proper GL coding, and investigate accrual accounts. The ideal candidate should have three or more years of accounts payable experience and proficiency in ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Process all inventory/non-inventory invoices timely
• Verify transactions align with company procedures
• Code invoices accurately with GL codes
• Review and clear old items in PO accrual account
• Conduct month-end reconciliation of aged payables

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Postsecondary education in Business or Accounting
• Experience with ERP systems
