We are a family in Clementsport, Nova Scotia, seeking a dedicated elder care provider to join our household. This is a live-out, part-time position that focuses on providing essential home care and support to our loved one. The ideal candidate will assist with personal care tasks, such as light housework (dishes, bed sheet changes and dusting), Nursing care experience is a plus, as we may need assistance with medication management and general health monitoring. We value compassion, patience, and reliability. If you have experience in elder care and are passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors, we want to hear from you. The pay for this position is $25 per hour. This part time role offers flexibility while making a meaningful difference in our family member’s day-to-day life.
We are looking to have this support while we wait for government assistance for 3 to 4 days a week for 1 to two hours. We are also looking for someone who can provide rides for doctors apts and occasional trips to the bank, we understand this could be longer than a two hour trip.
