Covenant House Vancouver is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to help at-risk youth aged 16–24 access services, plan goals, and navigate education and employment pathways.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, using trauma-informed practices to support mental health, substance use concerns, and crisis response, while ensuring safety and professional boundaries in a dynamic shelter setting.
