North Edmonton Seniors Association (NESA) seeks an organized Operations Coordinator to help keep programs, records, and finances in valuable order within a busy nonprofit.

You’ll work with the Executive Director and staff, handling program administration, invoicing, filing, safety tasks, and front desk support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential; familiarity with nonprofit admin is a plus.
